SHIPPING & PICK UP POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Glam Lash Pro. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Pick Up Policy.
Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 10 days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.
Pick Up
Once order is place you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up. You then have 2 weeks to pick up your order before we return your order to stock.
Pick up Hours:
Wednesday 10:30 - 4:00
Thursday 10:30 - 4:00
Friday 10:30 - 4:00
**Please be aware we sometimes close the shop for training the odd day between Thursday - Saturday. We will post shop closures on our instagram story so please check there or get in contact with our team to double check.

Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Express Shipping
The order will arrive within 3-7 business days. Express Shipping costs from $11.90
Australian orders $250+ will receive free express shipping
Standard Shipping
The order will arrive within 3-14 business days. Standard Shipping costs from $8.50
Please note:
Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidaysOrders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered
Products may be delivered in separate shipments
We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information
In-store pickup dates vary based on product availability
Tracking Options
Glam Lash Pro aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process with AUSPOST. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

Missing or Lost Package
Once your purchase has been given to Australia Post, Glam Lash Pro is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels.
In the unlikely event that that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to sender, you will be liable for further shipping cost.
