Refund policy
We are very thankful that you have decided to purchase at out store. But we understand that issues do happen so we advise you to get in contact with our team so we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We require all product issues and queries to be sent to hi@glamlashpro.com within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a return or store credit. Inquiries directed to our social media platforms will not be accepted as a form of communication for a refund or return.
Missing Item
On the odd occasion that we have missed an item in your order, please contact the team as soon as possible with a copy of your order slip and state the missing item. We will work to have the missing item express shipped to you as soon as possible.
Minor Fault
We encourage you to contact one of our team members with your receipt and proof of fault. We will offer you a partial refund without needing to return the item or return for a replacement.
The Item Has A Major Fault
You are entitled to choose between a refund, repair or replacement of the item, along with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable losses or damages, as per accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: Glues are shipped out on Monday's and orders on Friday's are held over the weekend so it is not sitting in a hot mail box over the weekend. We do not carry any responsibility for glues going off due to hot weather. We are also not responsible for 'bad retention' with adhesives.
Item Doesn't Match The Description
We try to present our products as accurate as possible but, on some occasions, there can be mistakes. Always refer to the product description and images for a comprehensive understanding. If the item you have received is different to what is described you are entitled to a refund.
You Change Your Mind
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement and therefore no refunds for change of mind will be provided. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel a store credit can be arranged with a $4.99 admin fee deducted from the total order.
Sale Items
When you purchase an item that is listed on sale, this product is no longer able to be returned, exchanged or credited.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges can be done in store only. Items can only be exchanged for similar products and are not eligible for sale price items. If you are unsure if you can exchange an item, please contact us with your inquiry.
Refunds & Returns
If you are wanting to return or lodge a refund for a product, please contact us at hi@glamlashpro.com so that we can arrange a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items can be returned for a store credit or replacement as long as it meets our return policy.
Items that have been opened, used or damaged are no longer eligible for a refund or return.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will contact you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a gift card for the purchase amount.
